Can I return custom jewelry?
Custom jewelry is made specifically for you and is therefore final sale.
Can resized rings be returned?
Once a ring has been resized, it is considered altered and cannot be returned.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
Eligible purchases are refunded to the original payment method. Some situations may qualify for store credit.
How long do refunds take?
Most refunds appear within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
What if I lost my receipt?
We’ll do our best to locate your purchase in our system, but proof of purchase may be required.
