Maya’s Gold Return Policy:

Gold:
– 30 Day return and exchange policy.
– Hollow, personalized, and altered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Watches:
– 3 Day return.
– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
– Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email sales@mayasgold.com to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information on Returns:

  • How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.
    • Once we receive the returned product, it can take anywhere from 3-8 days to see the funds back in your account, receive a replacement, or receive store credit. Funds are returned with the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. These costs cannot be refunded.
  • How you handle lost or damaged returns.
    • If the package is lost we will file an insurance claim on the package.

  • Do you offer repairs?
    • Yes, we have an on site jeweler.
  • What kind of repairs do you do?
    • We offer repairs on gold and silver jewelry. We also offer repairs on watches.
  • When will my repair be ready?
    • Repairs typically take anywhere from 2-3 days to be done. If you would like it done the same day we do offer Express Repairs at a higher rate.
  • What is it going to cost me?
    • One of our sales representatives need to take a look at your items to determine a quote. Quotes cannot be given over the phone.
