Maya’s Gold provides a 30-day warranty on all solid jewelry items. This warranty ensures that your solid jewelry is free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Defects in materials and craftsmanship of solid jewelry items.
• Proper functioning of clasps, hinges, and other components.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper care.
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and tarnishing.
• Jewelry items that are not solid (hollow).

Warranty Claims:

If you believe your solid jewelry item is covered under warranty, please get in touch with us at 602-233-8011 to initiate a warranty claim. You may be required to provide proof of purchase.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces with a comprehensive one-year service warranty. Valid from the date of invoice, this warranty ensures your peace of mind and satisfaction with your purchase from Maya’s Gold.

What’s Covered:

Our one-year service warranty covers all watches listed in our inventory unless otherwise specified in the listing or invoice.

What’s Not Covered:

• Pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry, and accessories.
• Variations in timekeeping due to the inherent nature of mechanical and quartz watches.
• Damage resulting from wearer abuse or misuse, including knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching.
• Cracked, scratched, or broken crystals, as well as water damage.
• Unauthorized alterations, repairs, modifications, or custom work.

Limitations:

• The warranty is limited to customers based in the U.S. and does not apply to international transactions.
• It is non-transferable and only valid for the original buyer.
